-Lợi h�nh,
-Đồng sự C� b�n nhiếp ph�p n�y.

Generosity, kind words, beneficial help,
& consistency in the face of events,
   in line with what's appropriate
   in each case, each case.
        These bonds 
of fellowship [function] in the world
like the linchpin in a moving cart.





Now, if these bonds 
    of fellowship were lacking,
a mother would not receive
the honor & respect owed by her child,
nor would a father receive
   what his child owes him.
But because the wise show regard
for these bonds of fellowship,
   they achieve greatness
   and are praised.

Lợi h�nh v� đồng sự
Hỡi c�c vị Tỷ-kheo,
Đ�y l� bốn nhiếp ph�p.
Bố th� v� �i ngữ,
Lợi h�nh v� đồng sự,
Đối với những ph�p n�y,
Ở đời đối xử nhau,
Chỗ n�y v� chỗ kia,
Như vậy thật tương xứng,
V� bốn nhiếp ph�p n�y,
Như đỉnh đầu trục xe,




Nếu thiếu nhiếp ph�p n�y, 
Thời cả mẹ lẫn cha
Kh�ng được c�c người con
T�n trọng v� cung k�nh,
Do vậy bậc Hiền tr�,
Đồng đẳng nh�m nhiếp ph�p
Nhờ vậy họ đạt được,
Sự cao lớn, t�n th�n.
